I recently increased my Corsair 16GB 2400MHz RAM speed to 3000MHz using an XMP profile. I saw a video suggesting whether to adjust the voltage or just raise it, but it didn’t mention changing the voltage. I attempted to increase it further, but it became grayed out, so I couldn’t modify it.

1.2 volts is a very good level for DDR4. I'm not sure, but XMP settings might adjust the voltage, which could explain why you can't change it manually. If it stays steady, it's definitely fine. If it fluctuates, look for a way to raise it slightly.

1.35 volts fits well with DDR4, meaning compatibility with 1.2 is assured.

Typically 3200MHz struggles for good timing at just 1.2V, though Crucial offers 3200MHz CL22 kits at 1.2V. CAS 16 is fine if that’s your goal. If you need it, just increase the voltage and check performance.
