It looks like a friendly person who teases Chris Roberts, and there are some unusual individuals around here.
If it's a beta version that's free to play, I'd be happy to give it a shot even if it has some issues. But if I have to pay... those who got early access should be able to talk directly to the developers about problems and fixes, and they need to act on those ideas quickly, not ignore them or throw them away. Yes, I'm referring to the second point. Edited January 8, 2016 by WynLore
One of the issues with the entire patch situation is that developers can simply release a flawed game and then fix it later. Honestly, I think Bethesda is partly responsible—or at least the fans are. They’re famous for releasing games with lots of bugs, which the community eventually corrects, and they often receive praise for their efforts. Sure, there were other studios releasing problematic titles before Bethesda, but the amount of attention and positive feedback Bethesda gets while still delivering buggy releases is impressive. Any other developer would likely face similar criticism from Ubisoft.
You'd likely want to eliminate him after just five minutes of conversation. He lacks self-awareness, basic reasoning, or consideration for others. This is one of those persistent trolls you can't dismiss. I believe he was previously much worse. The two early access games I've purchased are the best I've seen: Killing Floor 2 and Rust. Only these early access releases I'd suggest. I know friends who enjoy DayZ—no matter how it's called—or other abandoned titles—and they often focus their complaints on early access, which is funny.
Really, I don’t mind how much praise Bethesda receives. If those fans are serious enough to challenge its technical issues, they could take a hard look at Tom Howard’s work and maybe even get some health problems from it. They might even beg him for more. Edited January 8, 2016 by WynLore
