Hello !
Do you know why your xps9710 doesn't charge your phone quickly? It lists "fast charge" for 2 seconds before switching to regular charging. The cable is rated at 100W.

Have you explored alternative ports?
Have you tested different cables?
Are there any other devices connected to the USB ports?
Has the laptop been updated with the newest drivers or firmware?
Have you attempted a device that supports quick charging?
Did you use a different fast charger for your phone?

That's a yes for all of them. I have a USB hub connected, but only a mouse is plugged in. Since they're all Thunderbolt 4, it should work fine with the power delivery.
