Your Z270-P struggles to boot with your 4 GSKILL Trident 32GB sticks at 3000 MHz, yet it works fine at the usual 2400 MHz. Any suggestions could be helpful.

Four dimming settings often pose challenges with standard motherboards. Have you attempted adjusting the speed and voltage manually?
