XMP profile activation fails to start the PC.
Hey! I built a new PC for editing images and videos, plus some gaming, with these specs: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, MSI Mag B550 Tomahawk, 4x16GB T-FORCE DDR4 3600 CL18-22-22-42, 1.35V SATA SSD, Samsung 980 Pro 512GB NVMe, MSI GeForce 3070 Gaming Trio, Artistic Freezer 34, Corsair ERM850, Fractal Design Meshify White, and RGB fans plus two X2 GP-UPS (3 input / 2 output). It runs fine with default RAM speed at 2400MHz. When I tried to set the BIOS to enable XMP for the 3600MHz memory, the system wouldn’t boot. Can you manually adjust the frequency to 3600MHz or 3200MHz without affecting stability? Any advice would be great. Thanks!
Relies on your system settings if you can adjust overclocking manually.
It supports manual overclocking. With 2x16GB RAM, the 3600MHz XMP profile works, but not with 4x16GB. Consider tuning options—try adjusting RAM settings or make manual changes if needed. Thanks!
