Having extra sticks improves stability, which is completely typical. You might want to tweak the SOC voltage and experiment further, since overclocking usually doesn’t require rigid goals.

Used dram volt 1.4 with a SOC voltage of 1.19. Tested 3400 and 3600 frequencies but nothing worked. The same issue occurred, and the system restarted to 2133. Even at the maximum speed, it still boots at 3333mhz.

Not assured of consistent performance either. Four modules can put more strain on the processor's IMC when running at high speeds. A 3333Mhz chip with four modules should work, though. You might check the table for a board using "parallel T-topology" instead of "daisy chain." I think a 3333Mhz setup with all four dual-rank modules is acceptable. Both four-channel and dual-rank (two-sided) connectors are challenging for the IMC. AV column, Memory - Memory topology: [link](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...&sle=true#) I wouldn’t bother changing the Mobo settings.

The reason Ryzen 3rd gen allows 3200mhz in two-stick setups but only 2666 in four-stick configurations, except for the single-rank sticks, is due to hardware and configuration limitations. In four-stick setups, the dual-rank sticks don't fully utilize the bandwidth, resulting in a lower supported frequency.
