Hello, I face difficulties activating XMP in BIOS and experiencing issues during startup. The fans continuously increase and decrease, and even when I switch them off and on again, the BIOS displays an error requiring me to reset them. Despite knowing my system supports the XMP profile, I have these problems. My specs include a Z490 Gaming motherboard, DDR4 RAM kit from G.Skill at 3200Mhz, an I9 10900K CPU, and RAM rated for 3200Mhz.

Well... you've waited long enough for a reply... Try enable XMP but manually set 2933mhz. Then incrementally increase the frequency until 3200mhz or unstable whichever comes first. This will help train the board and memory controller. GL
