Hello, I recently acquired a new motherboard and CPU, and everything seemed to function properly. But then files started getting corrupted, games would crash, and my PC would shut down unexpectedly. I ran MemTest86 and discovered the RAM was faulty. I was using 32GB of 3200MHz Corsair Vengeance RAM. I purchased two 8GB kits and combined them. The newest kit I bought had a defective component inside. I removed that one, but now the issue is that my system won’t boot in an XMP profile. Before this happened, everything worked fine. Even after replacing the faulty kit, the old one was still functioning in XMP mode. Right now, only the old kit remains. I’ve run MemTest and reset my BIOS, even updated it myself. Still, the problem persists. What happens is that when I attempt to boot into XMP, the screen goes black, the CPU light turns red, then shifts to a warning color, and it oscillates a few times before entering safe mode. If anyone can assist, please help me—I’m really frustrated and might need to reconsider this situation.

You won't be able to use xmp with four sticks—it won’t function properly if you don’t meet the required profile. To ensure compatibility, consider selling your existing sticks and upgrade to a 16X2 32Gb kit.

I was planning for four items, but now I’m only managing two.

Restart the BIOS and attempt once more. Retraining RAM is likely necessary. If there are two XMP profiles, consider testing the alternative as well.
