I attempted once more and the VGA indicator on the EZDebug panel activated. I’m not sure if the GPU is working properly, but it previously entered BIOS with XMP at 3200mhz and displayed a blank screen marked with an underscore.

It's functioning smoothly at 3200MHz now. Raising the voltage to 1.37 works perfectly!
