Great job locating it. I’d revert it to 2133/disable XMP, check the numbers, and compare them with the XMP settings. Let’s keep TRFC in mind.

I’d reduce tRFC to around 400 and test the outcome. You may need a slight boost in DRAM Voltage. For a quicker trial, try setting it to 374 and check immediately (that’s what I’d do). If it fails, lower it again until stability returns.
