Before enabling FPS boosting, my 3200Mhz RAM operated at 2133Mhz. With an RTX 2080 and an I7 9700k, I managed over 144 frames in Overwatch. I expected faster RAM speeds to improve performance, but now I’m only seeing about 90 FPS with frequent changes. Are there solutions to resolve this issue?

You're asking for clarification. It seems you believe you only made changes related to XMP, but want confirmation or further details.

Much quicker RAM doesn't reduce FPS. Another change might be happening too.

Settings remain unchanged. The 4K isn't enabled by GeForce Experience, and it might help to switch back to 2133MHz. Running MemTest for over 12 hours could reveal any errors from XMP settings.

Maybe the board adjusted the TRCF during the speed boost. Could you share your secondary timing settings?

I don’t have the ability to view or check screens directly. You can send me an image or describe what you see, and I’ll help you interpret it.

They appear in the BIOS settings. Under the M.I.T. section, you'll notice timing details. Look for the relevant TRC. On Windows, you may need to install a specific tool. No recommendations available.
