I own a z690 Aorus Elite Ax i5 13600k and I’m attempting to configure the xmp to 6000mhz. After enabling it, saving, and exiting the BIOS, the system flickers between the CPU and DRAM LEDs without booting. However, when I power down and restart, it boots and displays the 6000mhz frequency in Task Manager. This happens only after saving and exiting the BIOS. Another observation is that the blinking occurs when I turn off XMP, but it stops after power cycling. I ran MemTest86 with and without XMP, and everything checked out without issues. The RAM is installed in slots 2 and 4—one closest to the CPU, separated by a space, then another stick, followed by a space.
