It should accommodate RAM up to 2933, minimum of that. At least 2400 is fine. Your board might work with 3200 MHz if you adjust the settings and test. You’ll need to experiment with more options than just enabling XMP. Watch some videos on XMP and RAM settings from Gamers Nexus to learn what’s required for your specific configuration.

10400 reaches its limit at 2666 on a non-Z board since that matches the Intel design for that processor. The exception applies to the new b560.

I reviewed some other videos on YouTube, they mentioned that doing an overclock on RAM might void the warranty and could potentially harm the RAM. This seems to apply to GPUs as well. I purchased a prebuilt PC, and after playing a game, the graphics became choppy. I tried overclocking the GPU and noticed an improvement. I plan to watch the video you provided.

It varies based on your task. Using 3200MHz spec RAM at 3200 MHz isn't considered overclocking. Regarding the GPU, if you use Afterburner, you shouldn't damage it since its performance is limited by settings in the GPU BIOS.

Getting the RAM to run at 3200MHz might influence memory usage, though its impact on overall performance is usually minimal. Since you mainly play games and don’t edit, the change should be slight. Using MSI Afterburner for GPU overclocking doesn’t directly affect RAM speed.
