Hey there, I see you're trying to figure out why the benchmark kept asking for XMP even though you already enabled it. It might be related to your RAM configuration or system settings. Your specs look solid—8GB RAM with dual 3200MHz modules on an Intel 10400F motherboard and a 1660 GPU. Double-check if XMP is properly configured in your BIOS or if there are any compatibility issues with your RAM type.

Since your motherboard can't handle memory overclocking, XMP won't function beyond the 2666MHz limit for your CPU.

Begin by checking if the person is responding to your comment. Make sure to quote or mention them so they can see your reply. Your main question is whether you're aiming to upgrade your motherboard and boost memory performance. Do you have a motherboard that can handle RAM up to 2933? Is your BIOS current? Would you like to share screenshots of your XMP configuration in the BIOS settings?

I understand, I’m here to help you explore the limits of your PC. Just to confirm, your BIOS seems current, but I’ll double-check it later today since you’re currently working on it.

XMP is turned off there. Also, you need to switch to Advanced Mode to access the core overclocking RAM adjustments.

I already turned it on yesterday, but after benchmarking it keeps asking for XMP. I reverted it again. If I turn on XMP, it suggests 3200mhz, but you mentioned your motherboard doesn’t support overclocking RAM to that speed. So is using 3200mhz actually useful?
