Hello! I’m considering purchasing this Xeon from AliExpress. I checked the reviews and comments, but there’s only one star rating. The seller has a positive rating, though I’m cautious since the feedback is limited. My motherboard is an Asus H97M-E, which should work with this processor. I’m interested because the price is attractive and I can’t find similar items locally. These CPUs are refurbished, correct? Please let me know if this is the right thread.
I purchased a Xeon from the same shop. It arrived in two weeks and everything functioned properly, though they replaced it with a superior model for some reason. I won’t be complaining about that. Additionally, I ordered my GPU from the same store.
It displays "costa rica" likely to highlight its connection to the country, possibly for branding or recognition purposes.

I purchased from that shop; the delivery was timely, product A1 matched expectations... Concerns about Costa Rica? It depends on Intel's decisions regarding chip production... maybe. Malaysia, China, Costa Rica or Vietnam... they might have had a facility in the Philippines at some point too... and many in the USA/Mexico as well.
These CPUs from Aliexpress are really affordable. I recently purchased an i3-3240t and it was delivered within 15 days, performing exactly as expected with no problems.
