I recently assembled a PC using an Xeon kit from AliExpress. The issue is that whenever Windows loads the drivers, artifacts appear and occasionally the system crashes. I initially suspected the graphics card was the problem, but it functioned fine on another machine. I've tested various drivers—both old and new—and the update version only works with the basic Microsoft adapter driver. The new graphics card is an RX 6400, while the previous one was a GT 710 DDR3 1GB. My PC specifications are: dual 8GB RAM at 2133MHz, an E5-2670 V3 CPU, and a motherboard model E5 MR9A V1.0.

I’m not convinced the issue is with the motherboard. From what I see, a typical VRAM failure looks like this.

If the problem isn't related to the GPU, I'd suspect an issue with Windows itself. Have you attempted a fresh installation of Windows, or at least a reset to Windows 10, to determine if that resolves the matter?
