Hello everyone, I own an i7 6580K with an ASUS x99-e board. Recently, I've experienced a glitch where the computer powers on but the CPU remains inactive—specifically, the fan doesn't activate. When it does turn on, the display shows the graphics card, but the screen appears black with a white line. Occasionally, the system stays on until I shut it down. I'm trying to figure out what might be causing this issue. I've replaced the memory, power supply, and fan, but it hasn't resolved the problem. I'm considering replacing the CPU or motherboard. I found two boards on AliExpress that support dual processors (now I have one, and I might upgrade later):
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004628078182.html
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002977212126.html
Which one would you recommend? How reliable is AliExpress as a source?

Have you looked at your motherboard's error codes? If so, what do they indicate for different boards? There are some really solid options available, and a YouTube creator has listed them from top to bottom. I'm working on a budget X99 build and considering a Jingsha X99 motherboard, but it hasn't shipped yet, so I can't comment further at the moment.

It would help to refresh the bios again, even if it's the same version. Perhaps a small change occurred or the reading isn't consistent, leading to problems.

These boards aren't built for dual i7 processors; they're meant for dual Xeons.

Yes, the link appears to point to a valid product page on AliExpress.
