Is it possible to divide the single PCIe x16 port into two x8 or two 8x lanes along with two 4x channels? For the X670E-I, you could use the x8 slot for a 4060Ti and the elegato 4K 60 Pro in the other.

Reading the bios manual for the X670E-I ( https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-st...sk_manual/ ) It would appear that bifricating the single slot with a riser cable isn't an option at all. Is this a new machine your building? or do you have these parts lying around? I think you could setup a decent streaming PC for alot less and I don't think you really need a dedicated GPU for such a task (or such an expensive motherboard).
I own the X670E-I and X670E Extreme. The X670E Extreme runs with a 4090, my gaming PC, while the X670E-I functions as a stream PC using an Elgato Capture Card. I need to broadcast in 4K at 3840x2160 specifically, since my ultrawide setup has been problematic. The streaming quality doesn’t improve even after downscaling. I’m planning to install fiber for faster uploads but am constrained to around 30Mbps.
Could the capture card operate via the PCIE x4 slot connected to the other Gen5 M.2, while utilizing the x16 port for a GPU in the X670E-i?
