Hello, I'm dealing with an issue on my X570 motherboard. It's been returned to ASUS before, and the problem occurs when turning it on—it sometimes stays stuck on the yellow boot light, indicating a RAM error. After replacing the RAM, it would cycle through errors like CPU and VGA. Once I got it back from ASUS, they told me the BIOS needed updating, which resolved the issue. Now it still has the same problem. This time, using two RAM sticks causes a CPU error, but with just one stick in the left dimming slot it boots fine. Sometimes it detects a RAM error mid-use and restarts to the RAM section. I've tried all the RAM sticks so far, and they work correctly. I'm planning to send it back again, but I'd appreciate any advice on other possible causes besides the motherboard. Thanks!

Only 1.3V DRAM voltage is used? I've never encountered that, all the 3600MHz DDR4 sets I've seen run at a minimum of 1.35V

I changed it assuming it might be unstable. It was configured at 1.35, so I reset it back from 1.3 to 1.35.

ASUS confirmed that all parts I'm using work together.

If it isn't stable, use 1.45V for memory voltage and 1.1V for SOC voltage.

Hi, I see you're facing a similar issue with your G.Skill Trident Neo 2x16G setup. You mentioned the same motherboard and 3600X, but one DIMM works in all slots while the other doesn't. Even when using XMP, it still only supports 2133 MHz. You've tried different voltages without much change. Have you had any luck fixing this? Thanks!

I faced comparable problems with DCOP on the same motherboard using two 8G Rip Jaw 3600s (F4-3600C16D-16GVK). Booting at minimal RAM settings worked, but increasing it to 3200 or 3400 allowed a single Windows boot. Restarting required resetting CMOS. After adjusting settings, I successfully booted without issues. When resetting to defaults, I enabled DCOP "Profile #1" and set the SOC offset to '+' using auto. Note that the ASUS MMO was at my RAMS level, though the nearly identical F4-3600C16D-16GVKC model was on a different level. I’m unsure how this impacts things, but I’ll test the RAM on the next level tomorrow.

The fix is complete. The problem with the second module persists, likely I will return the kit.

Understanding your frustration. Handling Asus tech support can be really exhausting. It's something I've encountered numerous times before, and it's consistently a challenging experience.
