Hey everyone, I'm really confused about this setup. I have a x570 tomahawk rig with a 5800x graphics card, RX 6800, and everything else is brand new except the old motherboard. The power supply is a bitfenix whisper 850m. When I shut down in Windows, the fans stop completely, the RGB turns off for a second, then everything spins fast and the CPU lights flash until I cut power. Pressing the front panel button on the case also causes the same thing. I've tried turning off all fans, enabling BIOS ERP (which stops booting), switching wake-on-LED, and disconnecting drives except the M2 one. I just installed a fresh Windows 11 on the new M2 drive. I don't know what might be causing this issue. Any advice would be super helpful!

It seems I've attempted to initiate fast startup, but the problem continues. Clearing the system before it loads also causes the issue.
