It’s common for PC problems to require specific details. We already have the Taichi title, but you need info like CPU, GPU, RAM, power supply, storage drives, case style, and cooler. From the manual it says DXE_Setup error—no idea what triggered it, so I can’t assume the cause.

Noise. Access to the BIOS requires a connected USB device; otherwise it won't work. Have you attempted a CMOS reset—possibly by unplugging the motherboard, turning off the power source, removing the CMOS battery, and letting it rest for 10-15 minutes?

I can access the BIOS using the USB (possibly because it contains my Win10 installer), yet I’ve cleared the CMOS and shut off the PSU, without removing the battery.

The system doesn’t display the BIOS boot screen and shows a completely blank screen unless a USB is connected. This appears to be an unusual problem. Have you already installed Windows 10, or are you attempting it now?

It seems hard to locate any system without a working USB connection. Most issues appear only when a USB is connected. Possible fixes include reinstalling Windows by deleting partitions and letting the installer create fresh ones, and updating the BIOS if you can access it via a USB drive.
