Moved from MSI to a X570 Aorus Elite from GByte. My experience shows it has the poorest BIOS among my motherboards. I’m unsure where to overclock and have the same settings in different places. Adding custom RAM timings is tricky since I can do it from two spots but the settings don’t match. Total chaos. Need help with my RAM settings? This is really confusing.

The problem lies in the settings. You can adjust overclocking in "AMD Overclocking" or Gigabyte's interface. Changing values in both will apply the overclock settings.

Why are there two menus for the same task?

Due to AMD's requirements, certain systems are mandatory, while others follow the manufacturer's options. It's true that every Ryzen model includes both.

It really doesn’t matter how straightforward it is—I prefer Gigabyte’s own selection because it’s the most convenient and suits my needs. Just keep in mind to choose either Gigabyte’s menu or AMD overclocking.
