Consider testing 1.15 in slots 2 and 4. Adjusting the FCLK to 1600 manually is also an option, though it typically handles this automatically.
Consider adjusting the RAM voltage to a higher level. 1.38V works, 1.4V might be a bit too much but could be worth a shot.

Placed an order for a B500 Auros Pro and checked if it offers improved comparability.
I don't think it was the board, though fresh items are great.
The x470 pro doesn't perform very well, particularly with the VRMs.
