I can't discuss TR4 directly, but the servers at my workplace run dual EPYC systems with 1TB Micron 2933 memory. Edit: It seems that won't affect anything. I didn't pay attention to RAM limits on other platforms either.

It doesn't start up properly or it displays 128GB RAM. A strange BIOS appeared on the board and temporarily enabled it.
