X299 G7- problems with RAM / Code 55

I built a x299 PC recently. Everything seemed fine until I noticed only 32GB of RAM installed. The board and drivers thought there were four slots active, but they kept showing 32GB instead of the correct 64. I had to reinsert the RAM and got error code 55. I've been tweaking settings and configurations, but it always comes up with the same error. Clearing CMOS didn't help.

Replace the CPU and check if changing the waterblock pressure helps.

Reset the CMOS. Test one connector at a time. Replace the CPU if necessary. Inspect the socket for any bent pins. Examine the CPU for any signs of damage, especially in the memory channels.

All verified and functioning properly. Still, none of the components operate independently.
