Well, another broken cod game... I opened the game, and the first thing it did was launch on the wrong monitor. I was trying to give COD another chance in my life. Not again.

Oh no, a game in beta that has a minor hiccup. Pretty sure CoD has had a "run on monitor" option for a while. Or your Windows settings are borked.
