Ok so heres one for you.
Portal 1 and two flat out dont work anymore, neither does Train SImulator 201932 bit. Whereas they used to work fine. NOTHING has changed apart from I moved a few games off my SSD to my HDD to save a bit of space on the SSD as it was getting a bit full.
Steam is installed on my C drive, I have games on my D and G drive. D drive is the 500gb SSD and G drive is the 2tb HDD.
Did moving things around screw it up? Though I did not move Train Simulator, that hasnt moved drives at all. 64 bit works fine, but 32 bit does not.
Drivers are up to date as is everything else aswell. Whats going on here? Any ideas?

Have you made any changes to Windows recently? Shifting certain games to different drives might lead to issues, though it shouldn't impact the rest of your games.

I moved them in a different way. Repairing the Steam cache didn't help. I haven't tried reinstalling them yet.

Sure, I can clarify further.
Your operating system is set to either 32 or 64 bit.
The storage device has no connection to whether it's 32 or 64 bit.
It's possible that executable files are available in both 32 and 64 bit versions for different operating systems.
If you move the folder back, would you be able to access them?
