From their website it seems unlikely these actions will be effective, particularly if repeated behavior is included in the higher offense categories. If it doesn’t fall into that category, you might have a higher chance of getting a response in the appeal process, though even then success isn’t guaranteed because they state: Appeals sent after a decision is made won’t be reviewed.
