Hi, I was banned on a game I enjoyed a few months ago. I considered reaching out to one of the moderators via personal letter to explain why I should be unbaned, but I didn’t find an email system for that. I have a list of moderators here: https://oldschoolrunescape.fandom.com/wi..._Moderator. Could you help me locate their contact details or letter submission information? Thanks.

Have you explored the ban appeal option on the general Runescape site?

You're asking for assistance, dox game staff. The best we can do is inform you to forward your messages to the developers' studio.

They won't allow appeals for banns if someone has been banned for botting, unfortunately. I'm not sure what that means, but sending a letter to the game studio would be even better! How do I do that?

OS Runescape offers two support channels: Twitter and /r/2007scape. If your story gains enough attention to go viral on either platform, it could reach Jagex and prompt action. The official support tools, like account ban appeals, are generally ineffective.

Botting was initially prohibited for two days as a caution, but I didn't halt and faced a second ban. Unfortunately.

And what makes you feel the need to write this letter? Your ban is justified, they won’t alter that.
