No one has discovered a method to alter the stock 1st gen Ryzen cooler LED colors. OpenRGB isn't compatible, and online searches yield nothing useful. I also attempted using the ASUS RGB utility via Wine, but it didn't work.

It should be managed by your motherboard's RGB controller. Which one do you own? Which operating system version are you using?
