I set up Windows 10 64-bit on a hard drive without creating two partitions. During installation I couldn't allocate the full 100 GB for C and the remaining space for D. Can I adjust this without having to reinstall Windows 10?

You haven't made any changes yet, so reinstalling W10 won't be a big issue. Also, you're probably looking to organize your storage this way for better performance.

In disk management you can usually adjust the size to almost any amount as long as you stay within available space. Just right-click on the partition you wish to reduce in size to create free space, choose "shrink volume," and a window will appear where you can specify the desired reduction.

Ce qui précède reste valable, il n'est pas compliqué de réinstaller

However, it would be significantly simpler and save a lot of time, in my view.

Display the screen and let us know what appears on your disk management when you choose shrink volume.

I can't handle that moment. The laptop isn't with me.
