Click right-click on your game shortcut or EXE file and select Compatibility. Turn off Desktop Composition. This usually fixes it about 90% of the time. You can also disable the Windows Troubleshooter in Action Center via the Control Panel. (Some users still report issues even after updates.)

It's really annoying, but clicking doesn't help. After about ten minutes it keeps asking again... Oh, and the pop-up usually shows up when you turn your head slightly. Also, specifying the settings makes it seem like a silly window issue...

Its old bug. There's some registery fix to supposedly to remove it but I just tend to ignore it.
