Just finished playing BF4 and came across a link on gyazo.com. I opened it for a couple of minutes, snapped a photo, then it closed automatically. Not sure if this is normal. Should I worry? This was my first time seeing something like this. System specs: Windows 7, GTX 660, i5 660i, 4430, 16GB RAM.

I haven't seen any noticeable performance changes when using Aero on or off. Disregard this alert and let me know if you'd like it to stop appearing.

It appears the setting remains active despite your attempts to hide it.

It seems the issue is mainly with Windows being intrusive. Aero was removed from Windows 8 because it impacted performance.

Click the desktop right-click, choose 'personalize', pick W7 basic, locate a fresh wallpaper, and you'll avoid that warning again. The issue happens when gaming runs with Windows Aero active, so turning it off should resolve it.

It frequently occurs with me. An i5 and a 780 are running 1080p/Ultra at 90-100fps, yet I keep receiving the same message. Make sure it doesn’t alter the color scheme.
