From a hardware perspective, the Zenbook offers a stronger CPU. The other specifications are decent but not outstanding (RAM, SSD), though they can be upgraded and the CPU remains unchanged. It’s best to choose the superior CPU. In terms of chassis, I’d recommend the ThinkPad for its durability.
8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD are now the basic requirements, making the Lenovo a more suitable option.
The Zenbook's CPU offers only a marginal improvement in multi-core speed and almost identical results for single-core tasks.
Its RAM is permanently installed and cannot be upgraded.
