Hey there,
I'm expecting the 3080 Ti next week.
So far, I haven't switched my PSU yet.
Will it work with a 750-watt unit?

750w could work because the CPU wouldn't consume much power, giving more to the graphics card, but it depends on how the PSU handles overcurrent and spikes. If it struggles, you might face frequent system restarts. I suggest a minimum of 850w. Corsair Rmx or this option if you need something cheaper works well.

Current setup: 11700k, not overclocked, using 3080Ti on Rmx 850w for over two years without problems.

I'm okay purchasing a new power supply, but I need one compatible with Intel processors and the RTX 50 series. You're looking for something that can manage upcoming components as well. What suggestions do you have?

Uncertain about the power needs for RTX 5 series; consider MSI Meg Ai1000P ATX 3.0 or Corsair HX1000i Atx 3.0 as a reliable choice based on your budget.
