This is the monitor I own
I found this product online
After removing some faulty cables, my HZ dropped from 144hz to 100hz
I tried overclocking it to 130hz but I'm worried about possible damage to my motherboard

Instead of swapping in a comparable cable, opt for the most affordable option and boost your monitor's speed.

I believe anything you do to your monitor that isn't typical could harm your motherboard.
