Following the data breaches, I purchased Norton 360 with Lifelock Ultimate Plus. Occasionally my screen flickers, resembling a flash when a program attempts to open. After updating my graphics card and BIOS, it seems like a program is still trying to launch. Could my Norton be contributing to this issue? I've been using it for a few weeks now, but only noticed the flickering recently. Appreciate any advice.

no you can't freeze them i tried but had to switch to the Experian one then canceled it when i got norton. home title lock means no one can access your information or title for your house. the issue is i've been using norton here longer than the flicking page popup, so it must be something else.
I assure you it is possible to place a hold on each of the three credit bureaus, including Experian, without cost. I did this about four years ago after someone stole my SS card; I used it to secure a new job. I set a one-year hold on all three bureaus for two consecutive years without spending any money. I won’t bother you further on this matter.
