I have a decent i5 but kinda old one and im thinking of upgrading to a I9 9900k so should i wait that Intel Releases something new or buy the i9

Based on your intended use, what are your requirements? Are you considering an AMD option to maximize value or hold off until the next generation with a 10-core 300W power solution?

My GPU is a high-performance RTX 2080 with 32 GB of RAM. I haven’t seen the exact CPU model, but it’s likely a modern desktop processor. It’s used for both gaming and school tasks.
