Does the game's FPS have a cap? I experience no variation compared to standard hardware and with modifications.

When vertical synchronization and triple buffering are activated, the output remains stable at 60fps.

They were both off. The triple buffering option was hidden, so I couldn't verify if I wanted it. Not that I have a high-end machine (4790K, 1979 G1, SSD), but it should be much better than what I'm getting.

The device maintains a maximum of 75FPS, but you can boost it with mods (unless conditions have shifted, in which case it may come from the latest mod pack).

What are your actual frame rates? Are there any mods active? I might try reinstalling the game.

I receive 75-76FPS on 1440p. No mods or anything, vanilla game. It's not bad, but definitely higher would be better. Perhaps a new install could help; I tried the Wargaming app to verify the game files.
Now I'm experiencing occasional freezes. I've filed a ticket about it.
