So I understand this should be included in the Blizzard update list, but I can't post it for some reason.
Anyway, my friend is facing a problem with the game showing black after the latest patch. Blizzard insists it's not their fault, even though it seems to be the case.
But in any case, he updated his AMD GPU driver—he has a 7650m GPU paired with an Intel HD 4000.
From what others are saying, it looks like the game is having trouble with the GPU settings or something.
People suggest uninstalling his AMD GPU and using the HD 4000 instead, but that doesn’t seem like a perfect solution.
I’m not sure how to install a newer driver than the one they recommended in 2015.
I’m also unsure how to make the game run properly with his AMD GPU.
He doesn’t know which computers are compatible, and he’s only 14—my parents aren’t allowed to touch the PC.
I really need a simple guide for a 14-year-old who doesn’t know much about PCs.
Not sure where to find older drivers either.
