World of warcraft
You're excited about the game! After trying it for a couple of days, you have some questions. I'm glad you're enjoying it and planning to play long-term. Upgrading to Legion right away might not be necessary unless you want more content. It depends on what you value most—more story, new mechanics, or just extra gear. As for getting good gear quickly, focus on the best builds early on and use items wisely.
Hey there! That's a solid plan. I'd wait a week or two before diving in, then figure out your progression path. I'm not a big fan of paid games, but starting with one is a smart move. The quickest way to boost your stats and get equipment is by spending at the shop. (Check out your class and character details—gear and armor are key.) The Warcraft site should have useful tips on that. While playing, tackle as many quests as possible in each area; it'll help you level up and earn good gear and gold. You can also trade or sell your old items to get more rewards. The Auction House is a great spot for trading or buying better gear than you expected. As you see, I enjoy the game and story. I haven't tried Legion yet—my computer needs an upgrade! Hope this gives you some ideas and good luck getting started.
I've been enjoying World of Warcraft for eight years now... It's the only game I ever play. So far, I haven't felt any disappointment. 1) I understand it can cost a lot to get all the content at once, instead of receiving it gradually like I experienced before. But as another person mentioned... Take a few weeks, maybe even months, and see how you feel. You'll have plenty of material either way. Creating a solid group of friends and joining a strong guild was the most important part in making the game exciting for me! It really increased the fun, not that it wasn't there before. 2) The quickest part is questing. Once you start exploring dungeons, completing them while your friends are around makes everything smoother and faster. "Looking good" transmog will help with that too, but you still need to find the right times to unlock things. I just search for armor sets online and check where they drop, then farm up. After eight years... I still play 12 hours straight on my free time, lol. The Legion story and gameplay are completely worth it for me, and there will definitely be more ahead!
Make connections in another adventure. When my health was low, I had companions nearby who came to support me and helped me recover from the challenges. These are the people you should consider joining.
- What aspects of the game have you enjoyed most so far?
- How do you find the game mechanics? Are the character classes and abilities unique to each one?
So far I’ve really liked the game; the classes are engaging, the quests are engaging, and the gear collection is cool. It’s basically what I expected and more.
