I'm exploring an upgrade to a Ryzen 7 3700X. My graphics card will remain unchanged for some time; a GTX 1070 is likely the next step, possibly a refurbished 3070. I have a clear idea of the RAM I need—32GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX. For storage, I'm considering an M.2 970 Evo with 500GB for the OS, plus two 2TB SATA SSDs for games. I need a board that supports Zen 3 CPUs in the future, so options like X570 and B550 come to mind. I’m not very familiar with other brands beyond their names. Ideally, the board shouldn’t exceed $150, include an M.2 slot, have multiple SATA ports, Gigabit Ethernet, and space for my GPU. Since I don’t upgrade often, it should last 5 to 7 years, matching my current unit from 2013. Would you recommend a B550 Phantom Gaming 4 from Asrock on NewEgg?

Asus, MSI, ASRock, Gigabyte are commonly recommended options. Choose your form factor—ATX, M-ATX, or Mini-ITX. Use PC Partpicker to compile a shortlist based on budget, needs, and more. Here’s an initial range from $1 to $150, compatible chipsets, across these brands: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/mother...&c=145,138
