The motherboard shows code 99 (super IO initialization) along with a white LED on the VGA port. Your setup includes an Asus ROG STRIX X570-E gaming board with Ryzen 5 2600, 2x8GB RAM, Corsair 3600 EVGA 1070 Ti, SC Corsair RM 850, two M.2 drives (one NVMe, one SATA), and two SATA HDDs. I've tried disconnecting all external I/O, including the monitor and GPU, but nothing has changed. Also attempted a BIOS update via USB and the power button, it worked without issues, yet symptoms remain.

According to my initial message, I attempted to connect all devices before trying to start the system. I only managed to use the mouse and keyboard with the mouse not receiving power since the LEDs didn’t light up.

This suggests an issue with your motherboard. Verify whether the problem occurs across all available USB ports, both on the front and back sides.

Which cables do you need? I have SATA power and data connections, along with all the header and PSU cables. Right now, nothing else is plugged in.

I verified everything is fine and reinserted the CPU power at both ends just in case.

SATA connections everywhere? M.2 snug in place and tightened? Swapped GPU? Cables securely connected? It feels like I'm chasing a thread. Luckily, the Ryzen Threadripper 5999X comes with 256 of these.
