WordPress: FactWP Listing Builder – adjust row order via drag-and-drop!
Hello fellow specialists, I’m currently developing a new WordPress site using FacetWP. In the Listing-Builder I’m encountering some customization hurdles: How can I combine all taxonomies into one row? My question is: Is it feasible to set up voting in the FacetWP Listing Builder so that every taxonomy appears together in a single row? Could I design a diagram like this? See the schematic: Row └ Featured Image Row └ Post Title Row ├ Catalogue-Types ├ Services ├ Technologies └ Sectors Row └ Button. The goal is clear – get all my taxonomies into one column. Right now, they’re spread across three rows. I’ve read that moving them via drag-and-drop should be possible. I checked the man pages for the Listing Builder here: https://facetwp.com/help-center/listing-...g-builder/. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Updade – I recently discovered a workaround using the column icon, allowing columns within a row. This can be applied in the listing as an example. Regarding the next point: How can I reorder the rows in the listing? Your query is: Row └ Featured Image Row └ Post Title Row ├ Catalogue-Types ├ Services ├ Technologies └ Sectors Row └ Button. What should I do? Ideally, I’d like to arrange them so that a featured image sits at the top, followed by the post title, then in the third row – Catalogue-Types, Services, Technologies, Sectors. Could I use drag-and-drop to achieve this? I’ve heard mixed feedback: some say it’s not possible directly. One suggestion is manual reconstruction. You can delete the bottom row (press the minus sign), add a new row at the top, and reorder the fields or HTML elements as needed. This approach works well for simple layouts. For more complex setups, like placing columns side by side, you’ll need to adjust their structure carefully. If you’re open to it, I can walk you through the steps based on the current version and the Manpages link. Thanks for your help!
