Hello. Your system uses a GPT SSD and an MBR hard drive for storing games, photos, and other data. After turning off the CSM (Central Storage Module), you couldn't access BIOS but were able to fix it later. Now you're wondering why your PC won't boot without the CSM and what a full UEFI requires for startup.
I experienced the same issue. Required removal of every partition on that drive and performed a complete reinstall to resolve it. This happened since the Resizable Bar wouldn't function unless CSM was turned off.
