The computer functioned properly from June until the start of this month when it displayed a WATCHDOG_CLOCK_TIMEOUT blue screen. After researching, I assumed it was just a random error. I attempted to update drivers and Windows, tried booting directly into WBM, then WBM, and everything worked until recently. It blue screened again two days ago and once more last night. After restarting and playing a game, the screen flashed repeatedly before locking up. When I switched to my Linux drive, it crashed similarly. Currently, it barely attempts to boot, flashing the power indicator light without progressing past BIOS access. I followed nearly every no POST guide but found nothing helpful. Here are my specifications: i7-13700k (base clockspeed), 32GB DDR5-6000 (not in XMP mode), RTX 2060 6GB, ASUS Prime Z790-P Wi-Fi, Corsair RM850x, Corsair H5 Flow. I also replaced the CPU and applied new thermal paste, yet the issue persists.

Ensure you can run your setup without a separate GPU and with just a single RAM stick, then check if your system enters Startup Repair. BIOS details for your motherboard?

I tried without a GPU and one stick of ram, power light just keeps flashing. no display, no power to peripherals.
I have no idea. I never updated it though so assumingly whatever it comes preflashed with.

Despite replacing the CPU and putting in the correct CMOS settings, the system still cannot start.
