Hey there, I’m facing a similar problem with Windows startup and taskbar issues. When logging in, the apps don’t appear and the start button isn’t responsive. Clicking anywhere on the taskbar shows a blue circle for about five minutes before it loads. This happens consistently across two machines—my R9 3900XT with RX 580 and MSI 570 Carbon Wi-Fi, and a ROG Strix Prebuilt with R7 3700 and 2070 Super. I’ve tried disabling Synapse and uninstalling it, but nothing helps. I suspect a gaming-related bug, though the official support doesn’t mention this behavior.

I'm not sure about your rigs, but they seem to be around 6 or 7 years old.
