I've been dealing with this problem for some time now. Don't bother with Malwarebytes, just running another urgent scan. I checked the error codes and saw ClientProcessId 21048 showing up on all of them, but it doesn't appear in the services list. The issues keep occurring every 11 seconds without pause. Got any thoughts before I consider a full Windows reinstall?
