I checked my temperatures using Ryzen Master and noticed the CPU appears to run continuously at a low level from "WMI Provider Host." After closing Dragon Centre, the service stayed active. I opened Services, MSC, and restarted WMI, which resolved the issue.

The application repeatedly appears. It uses the WMI provider host named "IP Helper". Unclear why this began, but the best solutions seem to be disabling it or restarting WMI Provider.
