Using MAS unlocks all its capabilities and allows customization. Ltsc is a minimal setup but includes everything from jome and pro. Moving to ltsc changes the approach compared to ms.
It’s going to be tough to locate the correct version... I need the same language setup I used when everything was configured, right? (I’m pretty sure that was UK with US INTL / Swiss-German keyboard settings). *And* I believe regular LTSC is likely better than IOT since it’s less stripped down? I’m fine with the Edge browser as long as I don’t have to use it... It’s those annoying updates that are the issue, more than ever since Microsoft keeps removing my favorite apps and features, swapping them with ones I don’t want or need... (just reinstalled Paint 3D on my W11 machine, I don’t know why they’d do that... but it wasn’t easy. I had to connect to the Internet because it needed to download some dependencies, apparently... At least that worked after some weird Wi-Fi problems)
